Head of Growth (Recruitment & AI)
die onze visie vertaalt naar structurele groei en samen met ons de nieuwe standaard in werving neerzet.

Jouw rol: 50% Groei & Markt, 50% Product & AI

Je snapt dat de toekomst van recruitment bestaat uit de symbiose tussen mens en machine.

  • Head of Growth (Groei & Markt)
    : Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor commerciële groei en bepaalt positionering, doelgroepkeuzes en hoe we van pilots doorgroeien naar structurele tractie.
  • AI Product Lead:
    Terwijl developers bouwen, bewaak jij de intelligentie en schrijf je zelf de prompts en logica die bepalen hoe slim onze AI presteert.
  • Strategisch Adviseur (HR & Recruitment):
    Je verkoopt geen tool, maar een nieuwe manier van werken richting HR-directeuren en recruitmentteams.

Je werkt direct met de oprichter en hebt invloed op positionering, productkeuzes en commerciële strategie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • AI-Native
    : Je snapt hoe LLM's 'denken' en duikt graag de configuratie in.
  • Systeemdenker:
    Je ziet het proces: Mens → Strategie → AI-Configuratie → Resultaat.
  • Recruitment-expert:
    Je vertaalt recruitment-pijn naar technische oplossingen.
  • Mentaliteit
    :
    "Ik wil eerst snappen hoe het werkt, dan pas verkoop ik het."

De deal

  • Salaris:
    € 3.500 – € 4.500 bruto p/m (o.b.v. ervaring, ex vakantiegeld, met groeiperspectief).
  • Unlimited Upside:
    Bonusregeling direct gekoppeld aan jouw succes.
  • Vrijheid:
    Onbeperkt vakantiedagen (wij tellen output, geen minuten).

Deze rol is bedoeld voor iemand die zich wil committeren. Bij bewezen impact bespreken we uitbreiding van verantwoordelijkheden en deelname in de lange-termijn waarde van het bedrijf.
