The position

As a BI Specialist at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in improving the organization's financial performance by transforming data into clear, actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop effective front-end solutions, and deliver dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and refine their functional data needs.
• Explore available data sources to help define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and build dashboards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop reporting solutions that enable performance management and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage project progress, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate across disciplines to gather input and support.
• Support and train business users in effectively utilizing dashboards and data for self-service analytics.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the organization's BI community.

What You Bring to the Position

• 5–7 years of experience as a Front-end Developer.
• Proven experience building BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and SQL.
• Experience working within an Agile DevOps environment.
• Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts such as ETL/ELT processes and star schema modeling.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A proactive, structured, and collaborative approach to work.
