The Opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Consultant with proven, hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and/or Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) — ideally with direct exposure to ManageEngine products or equivalent security platforms.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design, demonstrate, and deploy tailored IT security management solutions that address their biggest challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospects and customers (online or on-site) to assess business and technical requirements.

  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts aligned to client environments.

  • Design and tailor IAM, PAM, and SIEM solutions based on ManageEngine's security portfolio.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure technical alignment and successful deal closure.

  • Support the RFP/RFI process and contribute technical documentation.

  • Stay ahead of new features, product roadmaps, and customer needs — providing direct feedback to our product teams.

  • Drive customer success by understanding IT security challenges and ensuring smooth solution implementation.

  • Represent ManageEngine at industry events, user groups, and conferences to showcase our latest innovations.

What You Bring

  • Strong background in Cybersecurity / Information Security, with understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, and Zero Trust.

  • Practical experience with SOAR, IDS/IPS, and identity federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

  • Hands-on expertise with comparable platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity, ARCON PAM, Okta, or Azure AD.

  • Relevant certifications such as CIMP, CISM, or similar are a plus.

  • Confident communicator capable of addressing customer objections and technical deep-dives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills , fluency in Dutch required.
