What You'll Do
As Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our revolutionary product offerings. You'll build new client relationships, close crucial deals, and grow existing accounts by championing our core product line: M1 / MX Metal AM Systems, state-of-the-art turnkey robotic 3D metal printing platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients
- Leading a customer-focused sales process that creates win-win outcomes
- Assessing requirements, RFQs, and tenders while discussing tailored solutions with customers
- Preparing customized quotes and service proposals
- Representing the company at major international events, conferences, and trade shows
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing sales data and strategies
- Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a closely related field (Engineering preferred)
- Degree in Material Science or experience in the metals industry is a strong plus
- Proven success with at least 5 years, preferably 7+, in Machine Sales—ideally within energy, manufacturing, or high-tech sectors
- Strong customer orientation, excellent closing skills, and ability to build long-term client relationships
- Creative and proactive mindset combined with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced, high-tech environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for working in a growing scale-up
