About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance SAP Specialist with deep expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting , and at least 5 years of hands-on experience optimizing SAP FICO solutions within a dynamic business environment. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring SAP solutions align with financial processes and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP FICO-related initiatives and support across the organization.

Analyze and understand business requirements related to financial processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM, etc.).

Design and recommend optimal SAP FICO solutions to meet current and future business needs.

Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP FICO modules.

Collaborate with finance, controlling, procurement, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Manage change requests, configuration, testing, and documentation related to SAP FICO functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement.

Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users across finance and controlling functions.

Stay up to date with SAP updates, trends, and innovations to recommend best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules , including configuration and process optimization.

Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles .

Experience in business process analysis, system design, and implementation within SAP ERP environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Professional certifications in SAP FICO or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
