About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients, specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management. Your role will focus on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients.

Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
-
Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
-
Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, YouTube, Mobile).

Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.
Requirements
-
Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization; experience with Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other online marketing platforms is preferred.

Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.

Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.

German language proficiency: minimum B2 level
