As a
Senior UI/UX Product Designer
at , you will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our Web (desktop, tablet, mobile) and App platforms. These interfaces support essential functions within our performance marketing platform. You will be a member of the main platform design team, with growth opportunities to a Team Lead role, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and product managers.

Your goal will be to create state-of-the-art UI designs that improve the usability, efficiency, effectiveness, and overall user experience of our platform, tools, and features.

Your responsibilities will include developing wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity and dev-ready designs that align with project objectives and offer data-driven insights.

Your profile
In this role, we seek individuals who possess a blend of qualifications, experience, skills, and personal attributes that align with our vision for exceptional design and user experience. Here's what makes you the perfect fit:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful UI product design projects in AdTech or related industry, with an emphasis on real-time data visualization.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro interactions to enhance real-time user engagement.
• Experience with UI component library development and their design practices.
• Ability to quickly adopt A/B testing in the design process.

Required Skillset:

• 5+ years Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills, including expertise in typography, color theory, and layout, especially in the context of data representation and analytical dashboards.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma.
