What You'll Do
Support the kitchen leadership team in daily operations | Actively participate in preparing and plating high-quality dishes | Supervise and motivate the kitchen team during service | Help maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety | Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements | Share knowledge and skills with colleagues | Assist in training and coaching junior team members | Work closely with Head Chef Jop Schippers and the Sous Chef.
Who You Are
An ambitious and motivated chef with experience as a Senior Chef de Partie | Passionate about cooking and eager to grow into a leadership role | A natural team player who leads by example | Someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment | Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail | Positive, energetic and solution-oriented mindset | Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues | Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays | You take pride in your work and inspire the people around you through your attitude and dedication.
