Job Description:
This vacancy is really something for you, because you:
• have completed a relevant education, such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics;
• have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• have extensive experience working in a Scrum team;
• are results-oriented and analytically strong, with an eye for both details and the bigger picture;
• are a team player who collaborates effectively with various stakeholders and builds bridges between business and IT;
• communicate clearly and to the point;
• have experience in digital environments, such as websites and customer portals;
• have sufficient technical affinity to discuss topics such as APIs, data integration and systems.
This is what you will do as an Agile Business Analyst at customer:
• you collect functional and technical information from various stakeholders, which you then validate and translate into user stories with concrete acceptance criteria;
• you work closely with the Product Owner, developers, designers, content specialists and web analysts to develop features and user stories;
• you act proactively as an advisor and sounding board for your stakeholders;
• in all of the above, you have a role in ensuring the quality of what we deliver.
As a Business Analyst, you are the pillar on which the Product Owner and developers can build. With courage and a keen eye for the needs of the customer, you work with your team to optimize the digital experience of our customers. You do this in close collaboration with the four business units: Life, Funeral, Mortgages and Vitality. You are responsible for mapping the wishes of the business and the requirements from a technical perspective. With your analytical view and decisive approach, you translate these into clear features and user stories, with which you help the team and the customer move forward.
