This role will build and maintain sales-related information systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to manage customer information, sales leads, sales processes, etc., to improve sales efficiency. This role will ensure network security, prevents customer data leakage and network attacks, and ensures the safe and stable operation of sales business. This role will support the construction and optimization of online sales platforms, including websites and mobile applications, to enhance customers' online car-buying experience. This role will provide IT technical training to help sales staff master the necessary IT tools and system operation skills. This role will will be responsible for the collection, analysis and storage of sales data, and provides data support for the formulation and adjustment of sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. As the general person in charge of overseas information needs, coordinate the collection, communication and management of local information needs and provide corresponding solutions.

  2. Benchmark local business digitalization plans and plan local companies' annual digitization plans.

  3. Responsible for formulating the annual local company information budget.

  4. Responsible for promoting internal and external resources to deliver information systems to subsidiaries.

  5. Coordinate the IT internal resource pool, promote the delivery of projects with quality and quantity, promote the overall application of the business, and continuously improve and optimize.

  6. Coordinate basic networks and promote the construction of global basic networks.

  7. Responsible for the daily information equipment management of overseas companies.

  8. Responsible for overseas company software, equipment, project implementation procurement and business-related work.

Job Requirements:

  1. Have more than 5 years of information-related experience, and can communicate in English or Chinese in addition to local language.

  2. Strong communication and project management skills and driving force, those with PMP certificate are preferred.

  3. Familiar with enterprise information system OA, finance, HR, SAP, DMS, CRM and other systems. 4. Familiar with basic IT operation and maintenance, network, information security and other abilities.

  4. Priority will be given to those with working experience in car sales.
