We are looking for an entrepreneurial and proactive Product Manager who takes ownership and responsibility for a carefully selected brand portfolio.

With five dynamic brands including Ella Sleeps, Backerz, FITAGE, Yunioo and Fae, we deliver high quality products that improve everyday life. We operate on Amazon USA, UK and EU, and our own webshops and we are growing fast.

Your role as Product Manager

You receive a brand portfolio that fits your background. This can be based on affinity with a target group, experience with certain product types or technical expertise such as textiles, electronics or mechanical products. You work on products that suit you and where you can add real value.

You manage the full product lifecycle. You evaluate and select the right factory together with a sourcing agent. You negotiate terms and guide the full R&D process. You track production closely until the final launch, including go live on Amazon, and our webshop. You guide packaging, branding and design direction so the final product is strong in both content and presentation.

You translate market insights and customer needs into strong product concepts and you work closely with designers, supply chain, marketplace specialists and our offshore team. You ensure products are technically sound, functionally strong and commercially successful.

Your key responsibilities

• Product development and innovation. You create and improve products with a focus on function, design and market fit.
• Market analysis and strategy. You monitor trends, customer behaviour and competitors and turn data into clear strategies.
• Sourcing and supplier management. You work with production partners and sourcing agents to build high quality products. You negotiate price, quality and terms.
• Go to market and growth planning. You create monthly, quarterly and yearly plans to grow revenue, volume and market share.
• Cross functional collaboration. You work with design, supply chain, marketplace teams and management to execute product strategies.
• Improvement and customer feedback. You analyse reviews and performance data to drive ongoing improvements.
• Visual product presentation. You brief designers and content specialists to create a compelling offer that wins.
• Brand P&L responsibility. You work with the sales team on the commercial performance of your brand portfolio.

What you bring

• At least 3 years experience in product management, product development or category management, preferably in e-commerce ideally in Amazon introductions.
• Strong analytical skills. You turn data into decisions.
• Experience with sourcing or supplier management. Negotiating with factories is a strong plus.
• A proactive mindset. You take ownership of your products and brands.
• Strong communication skills. You manage internal and external stakeholders with ease.
• Both technical profiles such as textiles, electronics or mechanical products and commercial profiles such as customer journey or positioning fit this role.
• Fluent English in speech and writing. Dutch is helpful but not required. Mandarin is a strong plus.

Nice to have but not required

Experience with Amazon, or webshop product launches. You understand how products perform across channels.

Knowledge of certification and regulations in e commerce.

• Salary between €3.499 and €4.460 depending on experience.
