What does the role involve?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to run your own "mini business" within our company:

  • You'll connect with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • You'll also build your own network of freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process — from the first call to the signed deal.
  • You'll be responsible for the full sales & recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and deal negotiation.

Who we're looking for:

  • You're ambitious, motivated, and want to grow in a performance-driven environment
  • You enjoy talking to people and building relationships — confidence and communication go a long way
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus (especially fast-paced environments)
  • You speak Dutch or German + English fluently (C1/C2), or you're fluent in English and have at least 1.5 years of full-time experience in B2B sales or recruitment
  • You live in or around Amsterdam, or have very specific relocation plans
