As an operations planner, you play a crucial role in planning and coordinating inbound logistics processes for our clients at DSV in Venray. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with agreed procedures: you're on it.

How you do this? You work closely with various departments and support daily warehouse operations. You identify bottlenecks and proactively provide solutions so that team leaders can create an optimal staffing plan. Thanks to your strong analytical skills and forward-thinking mindset, you ensure efficient order processing and a seamless logistics operation. You achieve this by:

• monitoring the daily progress of logistics processes and identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner;
• coordinating and optimising planning to ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently;
• collaborating with different teams and warehouse staff to resolve issues and implement improvements;
• processing order data in our systems with the highest level of accuracy.

You bring

• experience in logistics is a plus but not required;
• a proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented work approach;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively;
• a good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• flexible during peak season.
