Over de rol

We zoeken een
Support Engineer
die Nederlands spreekt om het dynamische team in Hilversum te versterken. In deze functie bied je ondersteuning van hoge kwaliteit, onderhoud je klantcontact en werk je samen met interne teams om een soepele werking te garanderen. Dit is een uitstekende kans om te werken in een technologiegedreven omgeving met volop mogelijkheden voor professionele groei.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteuning en begeleiding bieden aan klanten in het Nederlands
  • Samenwerken met verschillende teams om problemen op te lossen
  • Processen documenteren en klantvragen analyseren
  • Bijdragen aan kwaliteitsborging en data-analyse
  • Ondersteunen van continue verbeteringsinitiatieven binnen het team

Vereisten

  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands
  • Affiniteit met technologie en klantenondersteuning
  • 40u per week beschikbaar
  • Sterke analytische en gestructureerde werkstijl
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
  • Nieuwsgierig, leergierig en comfortabel met het leren van nieuwe tools en werkmethodes
  • In staat om soepel te schakelen tussen klantcommunicatie en technische teams
