Description

As a Global Digital Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the upcoming content management system (CMS) upgrade and website migration projects. This internship offers a great opportunity for someone eager to explore the behind-the-scenes of website content management, digital operations, and cross-regional marketing execution.

You'll gain hands-on experience in website optimization, content cleanup, and digital platform management — all while collaborating with global teams and supporting multiple brands. It's an ideal role for someone looking to understand how public-facing websites are structured, maintained, and evolved within an international business environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Global-to-Local Digital Marketing & Communication: get to experience and support  the adaptation and implementation of global marketing materials to local markets.

  • Website CMS Support: assist in managing website content and gain hands-on experience with website structure, backend workflows, CMS functionalities, and the technical processes behind website development.

  • Digital Systems & Platform Management: learn the workflow of digital asset management (DAM) systems and have a closer look at the global to local marketing automation tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing teams and local market colleagues to support digital operations and drive alignment across regions.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and comfortable working in an international and crossed-cultural environment.

  • Be action-oriented, open-minded, and eager to learn—not afraid to make mistakes and grow from them.

  • Have a strong interest in digital marketing technology, website content management, and digital system governance.

  • Be able to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Willing to commute to the Amsterdam office 3 days a week for a full-time, 40-hour hybrid work schedule.
