New Business Account Manager – Rotterdam Region
Are you someone who takes initiative, brings positive energy, and enjoys inspiring others? As a New Business Account Manager for the Rotterdam area, you'll help expand a leading international food delivery platform and sharpen your sales expertise along the way.
About the Role
In this position, you'll be part of a fast-moving sales team focused on attracting new partners across the food and retail landscape. You will manage growth in your own region, building strong relationships with local hospitality businesses and small-to-medium enterprises. Your goal is to identify which potential partners add value to the platform and actively bring them on board.
You'll spend much of your time visiting restaurants, specialty shops, supermarkets, and convenience stores, showcasing how collaboration can benefit their business. With your commercial mindset and negotiation skills, you'll help expand our network and strengthen the platform's offering for customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and contact potential partners within your assigned territory
- Build long-term business relationships and achieve sales targets
- Identify new opportunities that support regional and national growth
- Understand the needs of prospective partners and present fitting solutions
- Participate in training on sales techniques, pricing, and merchandising
- Develop and implement effective strategies to win new business
What You Bring
- A customer-first mentality and the ability to make sound strategic choices
- Entrepreneurial drive and a strong desire to help your region grow
- Confident communication and negotiation abilities
- Enjoyment of field-based work and visiting prospective partners
- A valid driver's licence and residency in or near Rotterdam
- Full professional fluency in Dutch
