About the role

I'm looking for a
Managed Services Engineer
to join my
Managed Services Security Team
in Leiden.

In this role, you'll help maintain and support
PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
environments for our customers, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant operations. You'll work with a team of passionate cybersecurity professionals dedicated to protecting digital identities and enabling trust across systems and networks.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain customer PKI solutions within managed environments.
  • Support incident resolution, configuration changes, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure the availability and security of services.
  • Please participate in on-call rotations and respond to priority incidents when needed.
  • Document processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and continuously improve service delivery.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Desire to gain
    hands-on experience
    in managed security operations.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • CCNA Security
    or equivalent certification.
  • Exposure to
    KeyFactor
    ,
    Venafi
    , or
    Thales
    PKI solutions.
  • Dutch communication skills (spoken and written).
