As a Producer, you will lead and execute all in-house fashion shoots and castings, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion. You will be responsible for scouting and selecting models who embody Suitsupply's aesthetic, managing shoot logistics, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to bring brand campaigns to life. This role requires a strong eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for the fashion industry. Your work will directly shape how our brand is visually represented, driving the quality and success of every campaign and lookbook. 
What You Will Do 
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all in-house photo and video shoots from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring brand alignment and flawless execution. 
  • Organize and manage casting calls, ensuring timely selection of models that represent the Suitsupply brand and target audience. 
  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard new modeling talent to introduce diversity and freshness across campaigns. 
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, photographers, stylists, and marketing teams to align visual direction and storytelling with brand goals. 
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations while meeting deadlines. 
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with modeling agencies, freelance talent, and industry partners. 
  • Oversee legal, contractual, and compliance aspects of castings and productions, ensuring all agreements are properly documented. 
  • Support on-site and remote shoots as needed, including travel to casting and scouting events. 
  • Remain flexible to work outside of typical business hours to meet production and campaign delivery timelines. 
Who You Are 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Fashion, Communications, Production, or related discipline) preferred. 
  • Proven experience managing in-house fashion shoots and castings for menswear or lifestyle brands. 
  • Strong background in scouting and casting models for editorial, commercial, and digital campaigns. 
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. 
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, menswear styling, and brand aesthetics. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Proficient in Jira, Creative Force, Figma, or other production and planning tools to streamline workflow. 
  • Established network within the fashion industry and modeling agencies. 
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours as production demands require.
