Scent marketing is still young, but its impact is huge. Our connected scenting solutions influence emotion, behaviour and atmosphere in ways businesses often haven't experienced before. We create smart devices, powerful platforms and high-quality fragrances that bring spaces to life, for retailers, hospitality, wellness and international brands like Rituals.
After strong growth in the Netherlands and across Europe, we're ready to take the next step: building a stronger presence in the United Kingdom.
We already receive a steady flow of inbound leads and have a growing base of UK customers. Now we're looking for someone who can take ownership of this market, starting from our headquarters in Tilburg.
Your mission
As our Inside Sales Representative (UK Market), you'll be the trusted voice of Sense Company for all customers and prospects in the UK.
Your mission begins with: handling inbound leads, advising prospects, supporting existing UK customers and building long-term relationships.
From this solid foundation, you'll gradually help shape our UK commercial strategy, and in time, grow into a role with more outbound sales, customer visits and possibly even a future presence in the UK market.
What you'll be doing:
Responding to inbound UK leads (Google Ads, website, referrals) and converting them into happy new customers.
Acting as a consultative advisor: understanding customer needs and recommending the right scent solutions.
Managing and supporting our existing UK customer base, ensuring smooth communication and a great customer experience.
Creating tailored scent proposals, scent plans and follow-ups to maximize customer value.
Staying in tune with the UK market: gathering feedback, spotting trends and sharing insights with our team.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success from our Tilburg headquarters.
Helping refine and improve our sales processes as we scale internationally.
Growing into the role: over time, taking on more proactive business development and visiting customers in the UK.
Future potential: travel for key meetings or, when the time is right, moving into a more field-based UK sales position.
Your Profile
You're a natural relationship builder with commercial drive, strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. You love advising customers, spotting opportunities and being part of a company that blends creativity with technology.
You bring:Native English proficiency, essential for building trust with UK clients.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Commercial Economics or a related field.
3+ years of relevant B2B experience, ideally in consultative sales, account management or customer success.
A proactive, independent work style, you take ownership and enjoy having responsibility.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
A structured, positive and results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally to the UK (more frequently as the role grows).
A valid driver's license (category B).
