Brand Operations & Growth Manager (Multilingual)

Location: Maastricht, The Netherlands (Hybrid – ≈ 2 days per week in office, rest remote)

The Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Brand Operations & Growth Manager who loves improving systems and helping a digital brand grow.

You won't be creating content — our creative team provides all text and visuals.

Your job is to make that content perform: publish it, translate it, advertise it, and measure its impact.

If you like connecting tools, automating workflows, analysing data, and spotting smarter ways to run things, you'll fit right in.

You'll spend around two days each week at our Maastricht HQ to coordinate and plan; the rest can be done remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish ready-made content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and blog.
  • Manage translations (EN → PT-BR, ES, IT, NL) using AI tools and freelance proofreaders.
  • Set up and optimize paid ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok); track CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Maintain and improve automation systems (Notion, Metricool, Zapier, ConvertKit, Google Workspace).
  • Deliver weekly reports with clear insights and growth ideas.
  • Proactively suggest new tools and workflow improvements.

About You

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing, content ops, or growth management.
  • Fluent in English (C1+). Portuguese or Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
  • Confident with automation, analytics, and AI-assisted translation.
  • Structured, curious, and solution-oriented — you like to build and improve, not just maintain.
  • Comfortable balancing detail and initiative in a fast-moving environment.
