Your Key Responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary team, often several teams at once, you will work on innovative solutions that have a direct impact on healthcare professionals in the Netherlands and abroad. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, specialize or grow into a team leader role. You can work on the front-end or the back-end, or even better: both

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and maintain TypeScript services and React apps that power internal operations.
• Work together with production, customer success, and hardware teams to translate real-world problems into reliable software.
• Automate manual workflows and improve reliability through observability, testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor teammates, set technical direction, and help prioritize the roadmap.

Who are you?

• You have an advanced skillset of React, Node, and TypeScript backed by a track record of delivering full-stack features end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• You validate your features with automated tests, using tools like Jest and Cucumber to keep the experience reliable.
• You're comfortable modelling data and tuning performance in relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• A good level of English is required, and it is a plus if you can speak Dutch.
• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the company and keeping multiple initiatives moving forward.
• You're available 32–40 hours per week and happy to spend at least four days a week with the team in Delft.

• Salary: €4,000–5,000 (medior) or €5,000–6,000 (senior) per month based on 40 hours, plus 8% holiday allowance.
