As
Food and Beverage Manager
, you'll lead the launch and long-term success of a brand-new in-house F&B concept. More than just a restaurant, this space will be a
social and engagement hub
— a central part of the member experience. You'll be hands-on at the start, supporting the launch, before stepping into a broader strategic role focused on performance, culture, and profitability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the full operation of a 100-seat Club Room restaurant within a premium health club
  • Building and managing a team of chefs, supervisors, and front-of-house staff
  • Creating a warm, engaging environment that encourages members to stay longer and connect socially
  • Working closely with head office on menu development, launch planning, and operational best practices
  • Hosting regular events such as chess nights, live music, food workshops, and community gatherings
  • Delivering excellent member feedback while establishing a reliable, well-organised rota and structure
  • Supporting overall club operations with Duty Manager shifts (2 per week)

About You

  • Proven experience in F&B or hospitality management
  • Passionate about service, engagement, and delivering a premium member experience
  • Organised, proactive, and confident leading a new team through launch and growth
  • Comfortable in both operational and strategic environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ready to build a profitable, fully integrated F&B operation from the ground up
