To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Europe. This is a great opprotunity to be part of a dynamic and global team working together to deliver usable data to the rest of the business;

As Market Intelligence Analyst, you will manage and execute market research projects, providing invaluable insights to our business areas.

Reporting to the Market Intelligence Manager, you will work closely with other team members and internal stakeholders such as marketing and sales.

NOTE: This role is based in Eindhoven, with the possibility to work on a hybrid format (3 days per week in the offfice)

International travel: 10-20% of your time.

What you will do

The core activity of this position is the monitoring of industry news, planning of data assessment and data submission.

Among other tasks you will focus on:

• Gathering and compiling market, customer and competitive data via primary and secondary research.
• Analyzing research results and translating these insights into actionable initiatives and recommendations.
• Building a relationship with local business unit management and becoming their trusted advisor.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and suggesting innovative solutions for intelligence gathering, processing, and presenting.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have a passion for data gathering and a eye for detail, as well as the ability to translate a large dataset into usable and accessible information.

We'd like you to have:

• A BSc in economics, business science, statistics or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, data analyses or strategy consulting.
• A very good practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and OLAP/Tabular cubes.
• English (C1)

You also have:

• The abilityto work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures.
• The ability to work independently on assigned tasks and projects.
