Lova is a busy brunch restaurant located in the heart of Amsterdam. We believe the best food starts from scratch. We craft bold, original dishes inspired by our Brazilian heritage and shaped by our passion for flavor. Most of our ingredients are made in house, from cheeses to breads, bringing quality and Brazilian soul to every dish.
Role Description
This is a full-time Chef De Partie at Lova in Amsterdam. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. You will also help in the development of new menu items, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Currently reside in Amsterdam or surrounding area
- Be a reliable team player that your colleagues can count on
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the kitchen team
- Attention to detail and passion for creating culinary masterpieces
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility in work hours and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field
