With hands-on experience in developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions And Experience with various Azure AI Service such as Co-Pilot studio and Azure open AI

ServiceNow Developer with a relevant degree in IT, information security or equivalent experience, fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written), and approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. Holds the ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification and works in a creative, collaborative, solution-oriented, and results-driven manner within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Focus on improving user experience through intuitive and intelligent support solutions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

• Experience with various Azure AI Service such as Co-Pilot studio and Azure open AI

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging ServiceNow and Azure AI services.

• Designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions that improve resolution time, reduce ticket volume, and enhance self-service.

• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.

• A team player who likes to contribute to team development.

• Having a continuous improvement mindset

Technical Focus

• ServiceNow ITx: experience with one or more modules such as ITSM / ITOM / ITBM / ITAM / SecOps / GRC.

• Platform activities: configuration of forms, workflows, and policies; integrations (e.g., via REST); testing and implementing changes according to change processes.

• Maintenance: lifecycle management of configurations and applying best practices for stability and performance.

Methodology & Way of Working

• Agile/Scrum: collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders; work in short iterations, refinement sessions, and demos.

• Testing & quality: structured testing, documentation, and delivery according to Definition of Done.

• Continuous improvement: proactively suggest enhancements based on user feedback and data.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in IT, information security or equivalent experience

• Working with ServiceNow for at least years, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator (achieved).

• Preferred: CIS, Suite or Micro-certifications, ITIL, IT4IT, or SIAM.

• Understanding of Service Management based on various ServiceNow modules.

• Experienced in Agile and DevOps Way of Working.

Nice to have:

• Working Experience in Enterprise organization

• Familiar with UX/UI and experience in collaboration with UX/UI designers

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate

Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator (achieved).

• Preferred: CIS, Suite or Micro-certifications, ITIL, IT4IT, or SIAM.
