Onboarding Account Manager
for Google Ads, driving the adoption of a cutting-edge digital tool specifically within the rapidly growing
Dutch market
. You'll be the crucial frontline expert, setting up high-potential Dutch businesses for success.

Your Core Mission and Deliverables
Your main objective is to act as a
trusted advisor
for new clients, ensuring their smooth transition and maximizing their use of our digital marketing capabilities. Your success is measured by your ability to build strong relationships, boost product usage,
minimize customer turnover (churn)
, and continuously find opportunities to grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and actively manage high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns for a dedicated portfolio of new customers, delivering tangible results.
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and communication to introduce services, deeply understand client needs, and offer customized digital advertising solutions.
  • Strategic Setup: Ensure every campaign is set up strategically to achieve immediate impact and contribute to the client's long-term business goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Be responsible for increasing client advertising investment by actively identifying and converting upselling opportunities.
  • Database Management: Maintain and accurately update a comprehensive client database within the CRM system.
  • High-Volume Interaction: Successfully manage a high volume of daily client and prospect communications, primarily over the phone, while maintaining quality service.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Candidate Requirements
To excel in this dynamic environment, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Language Skills: Native-level (C2) fluency in Dutch is essential, combined with C2 fluency in English.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with significant prior work in demanding, client-facing roles.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master's (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred.
  • System Knowledge: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Tech Savvy: A track record of integrating AI tools into the daily workflow to enhance and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Professional Traits: A self-motivated, resilient, and proactive individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong commercial insight with the ability to analyze market trends and contribute valuable strategic input.

Specific Focus on the Dutch Market
This role requires specialized knowledge to effectively engage companies in the Netherlands:

  • Local Expertise: A deep understanding of the Dutch market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and commercial practices.
  • Digital Landscape: Demonstrable knowledge of the current digital marketing ecosystem in the Netherlands to effectively position Google Ads as a superior solution.
  • Compliance: Awareness of local regulations, especially data privacy (GDPR), to ensure all outreach is fully compliant.
  • Advanced Support: The ability to confidently manage complex client inquiries regarding Return on Investment (ROI) and technical integration with other business platforms.
