Job Description

We are seeking a proactive (Junior) Program Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Program Manager and Sustainability Lead to support one of our leading global clients in delivering their Capital Real Estate Program across the EMEA region.

As part this Turner & Townsend Global PMO commission, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, gaining exposure to international and building international connections within Turner & Townsend.

You have an affinity for program management and have an analytical mindset. You can interpret complex data and present it in a clear, structured way that supports decision-making. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different regions and can communicate effectively to ensure alignment. Adaptability and a proactive approach are key strengths, enabling you to succeed in a fast-paced, global setting.

Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):

As a (Junior) Program Manager you will be:

• Supporting the Program lead with, including but not limited to
• Governance
• Project management processes and procedures
• Project Management assurance procedures
• Client reporting processes and tools
• Drive project data compliance and data accuracy in the dedicated reporting tools.
• Gathering project data, status updates and -progress from the regional client delivery teams.
• Data gathering and analytics of the program performance and lessons learned.
• Preparing updates report for client leadership- and strategy teams.
• Manage the commission internally (pipeline of work, changes forecasting, baseline, information management) and the Turner & Townsend project team and advise on strategic level on progress and commercials.
• Supporting the onboarding of client partners

Qualifications

• (Junior) +2 years experience in Program management and/or Project management
• (Medior) +5 years n Program management and/or Project management
• Real Estate construction experience.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing a team and ability to set priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• English language proficient, Dutch language preferred.
