Management Assistant

Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, global setting? We are seeking an experienced Management Assistant to join our Global Product Management & Development department.

The department

The Global Product Management & Development department consists of approximately twenty international professionals, led by the Global Head of Product Management & Development. The department is organized in five sub teams. These teams are based in Rotterdam and Hong Kong and work with a broad range of in- and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and communications.
• Engage in clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within a diverse and international team and support the broader team.
• Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
• Utilize office software and digital tools for scheduling, document management, and communication, especially MS Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Outlook.
• Address routine issues independently and escalate when necessary.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support ad hoc requests.
• Focus on providing high-quality support to managers and team members.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree or equivalent experience.
• At a minimum 10 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
• Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information.
