ApplyAbout the roleAs a Paid Search Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing team and report directly to the Lead PPC & Social Advertising. You will be both strategically and operationally responsible for the effectiveness and impact of paid search campaigns. Leveraging your expertise in Search, you will elevate Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and App campaigns, working with significant budgets and managing performance across multiple European markets.You bring in-depth knowledge of creating, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search campaigns, with a strong focus on implementing best practices to deliver measurable results. With a test-and-learn mindset, you'll continuously analyze data and user behavior to enhance campaign performance. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with social specialists, affiliate managers, content and design teams, website managers, and compliance to ensure alignment and maximize impact.What you will be responsible for:Day to day account management of the search accounts brandsWork on the country-specific strategy of more than 15 countriesTranslate data into valued insights and optimizations. You need to love dataInnovate There is no day without an active test in the accountsImprove customer retention and account creation rates by developing the right ads for this purposeKeep the team up to date with the latest SEA trendsWhat do we want from you?Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field5+ years of experience in paid search advertisingExperience in international marketsGood understanding of A/B testingGood understanding of Google Analytics and are data-drivenExperience with large budgets (> 1 Mio €)Strong experience with Google Search campaigns and the associated (portfolio) bidding strategiesFluent in English. Any other language is a plusInterest in finance or investing is a plusExperience with tracking & autimation and AI savvy is a plus Interested?
