Over de functie

  • Als
    Warehouse Supervisor
    ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het warehouse en de dispatch-afdeling.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden efficiënt worden verdeeld, processen soepel verlopen en dat medewerkers en externe partners (vendors) optimaal worden ingezet.
  • Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening, monitort KPI's en implementeert nieuwe operationele richtlijnen en technologieën.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het Operations Management en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele incidenten buiten reguliere werktijden.
  • De functie is fulltime en komt vrij vanwege groei binnen het team. Je rapporteert direct aan de Operations Manager.

Over de kandidaat

  • Je beschikt over minimaal één jaar ervaring in logistieke operatie, dispatching of het plannen van transporten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, weet snel te schakelen en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en regelgeving (zoals GDP, ADR en Air Cargo Security) een grote rol spelen.
  • Daarnaast ben je analytisch ingesteld, kun je goed prioriteiten stellen en ben je niet bang om verbeteringen aan te dragen.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl waarmee je medewerkers motiveert en begeleidt.
  • Ervaring in luchtvracht, cold chain of vergelijkbare logistieke sectoren is een pre.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is essentieel.
