So what you will be doing...

You will have the responsibility to lead and coordinate the implementation process of our international clients. This includes supporting the development of solution proposals from sales, leading client meetings, setting up appropriate systems and documentation, testing and designing the solutions together with your clients and your colleagues.

You will work on projects, follow up on requests and solve challenges. You will be accountable for the full implementation process which includes the plan for on-boarding, account configuration, testing, troubleshooting and launching the product, as well as conduct regular quality checks, analyse and reflect on what has just happened.

  • Do you have a University degree?
  • Are you commercially focused, understanding the forces within commercial (pre-sales, IT and the operational playing fields)?
  • Are you Tech savvy, or at least not afraid of tech, with the ability to understand & explain complex processes & flows?
  • Are you a confident presenter whom is able to communicate complex subjects easily?
  • Do you pride yourself on your communication skills in business English?
  • Are you a diplomat?
  • Are you resilient, a self-starter and highly organised?

If you were asked whether you can, can you consult on the implementation; design it; document it, plan it; lead it and execute it? Then communicate it to all the relevant stakeholders, monitor it and evaluate it?
