We are looking for a
hands-on Mechanical Assembly Technician

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be directly assembling game-changing, high-quality products that are pushing the engineering limits of unmanned systems. 

You will assemble precision sheet-metal structures, integrate mechanical and electromechanical systems, and ensure every product meets the highest standards of reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble sheet-metal parts into strong and precise structural frames.
  • Perform mechanical operations such as drilling, tapping, riveting, and fastening.
  • Prepare step-by-step assembly manuals with photos or diagrams.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and specifications.
  • Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly workflows.
  • Support the integration of electromechanical systems such as sensors and various PCB's and wiring into assemblies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly or workshop environments.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical tolerances and alignment.
  • Good technical documentation skills (writing and illustrating assembly instructions).
  • Hands-on experience with workshop tools and measurement instruments.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
