What are you going to do as Creative Content Producer?
We're looking for a hands-on, all-round Creative Content Producer to bring Highberg's story to life through engaging video, audio, and visual content. You'll be the creative engine behind our corporate films, podcast productions, social media content, event visuals, and marketing campaigns.
This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and production - blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with our marketing and communications teams, consultants, and leadership to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing European consultancy.
Your work as Creative Content Producer at #HIGHBERG
- Video Production: Film and edit short- and long-form videos (corporate stories, campaign content, internal culture videos, case studies, and interviews); Manage the full production cycle - from concept and scripting to filming, post-production, and distribution; Capture events and leadership talks across our European offices; And maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Highberg brand guidelines.
- Podcast Production: Produce and edit Highbergs podcasts (e.g. Transformation Tribes), including planning, recording, sound design, and publishing; Collaborate with consultants and hosts to craft compelling episodes that bring transformation stories to live; And manage recording logistics, scheduling, and studio setup.
- Graphic Design: Design marketing and internal communication assets: PowerPoints, whitepapers, event materials, LinkedIn visuals, and trade fair stands; Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and channel; And manage and mentor a small team of design working students and freelancers.
- Campaign & Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create content for brand campaigns, recruitment drives, and thought leadership; Collaborate with consultants and subject-matter experts to translate complex transformation topics into engaging visuals and stories; And support the roll-out of new brand initiatives across our European offices.
What are we asking?
- 4–6 years of experience in videography, content production, or multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with podcast production tools (Audition, Logic, or similar).
- Strong storytelling skills: visual, verbal, and conceptual.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a high creative standard and versatility across media types.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills Dutch and English required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots across Europe.
