Functie-inhoud:
  • Als Leidinggevend Onderhoudstechnicus coördineer en voer je onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit tijdens jouw dienst.
  • Als Leidinggevend Onderhoudstechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en begeleiden van onderhoudstaken en het aansturen van het onderhoudsteam.
  • Je blijft actief op de vloer en ondersteunt collega-technici bij troubleshooting, corrigerende en preventieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je plant het onderhoudswerk, organiseert shiftoverdrachten en leidt vergaderingen om continuïteit en efficiëntie te waarborgen.
  • Als Leidinggevend Onderhoudstechnicus identificeer je terugkerende technische problemen, voer je root cause analyses uit en implementeer je duurzame verbeteringen samen met engineering.
Functie-eisen:
  • MBO+ opleiding of gelijkwaardige werkervaring in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouw of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een complexe onderhoudsomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de procesindustrie of maakindustrie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met leidinggeven of coachen van onderhoudstechnici.
  • Gedegen kennis van probleemoplossing en root cause analysis, zoals RCA en FMEA.
  • Ervaring met CMMS-systemen (bijv. Maximo of SAP) en vaardigheid in OEE-data-analyse.
  • Vloeiend in Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst.
