Are you ready to take charge of international credit collections and make a real difference in a global organization? As a Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth cash flow across multiple Fluke entities in the EMEA region. This is more than just a collections role—it's about building relationships, solving challenges, and driving results that matter.



What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of accounts receivable across various EMEA legal entities.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to resolve complex collection cases.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure timely payments.
  • Work independently with confidence, prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Be the problem-solver who turns challenges into opportunities.


What Makes You Successful

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and above-average proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials is a plus.


What We're Looking For

  • Education: Dutch MBO/HBO or equivalent in economics or business administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in international credit collection.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are a big advantage.
