What you'll do as Product Owner - Tekla Structures Steel, Aluminum and Facade

As Product Owner, you'll be the crucial link between our technical development team, customer-facing departments, and product strategy. You will ensure our Tekla Structures Steel, Aluminum and Facade solutions meet market needs, align with our strategic vision, and are delivered with exceptional quality across Construsoft's global network.

• Gather and prioritize feature requests, manage development tickets (bugs and feature requests), and support the testing process to ensure high-quality releases.
• Act as the go-to expert for Tekla Structures Steel, Aluminum and Facade, with a deep understanding of features, functionalities, and customer use cases.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, guidance, and advanced technical support for internal teams and customers.
• Analyze recurring or complex issues to identify root causes and drive long-term product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Manager, development, support, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment in roadmap planning and execution.
• Lead and prepare release documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the product team in meetings, webinars, and international client engagements.
• Drive product positioning in the market, collaborating on e-commerce, web, and promotional content.
• Maintain a proactive approach to market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee and facilitate training and mentoring for support teams, and deliver specialized training sessions to clients when needed.

About you

You're a proactive, analytical, and communicative professional with a strong technical foundation and a customer-centric mindset. You bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Construction Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical product support, product management, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Tekla Structures product portfolio and Steel, Aluminum and Facade construction market.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex product features and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with development ticket systems (e.g., JIRA), technical writing, and user support.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining product documentation, and delivering client demos or training sessions.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration and international teams.
• A passion for innovation, quality, and continuous learning.
