Personalized diagnostics play a key role in this. To strengthen our Applications Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Application Specialist syngo.

What will you do?

As an Application Specialist, you will guide and advise customers on the efficient and optimal use of our various syngo solutions such as , syngo Dynamics, and Syngo Carbon, with the goal of maximizing the value of our IT solutions for our clients.

You will also support the Product Manager and Sales colleagues in commercial activities. You'll be responsible for training customers so they can use the syngo solutions effectively for patient care and scientific research. You'll assist with settings and usage, resolve issues independently on-site or remotely, and collaborate with the international support team when needed.

You'll also develop training programs, support product demonstrations, and provide technical assistance. You'll play a proactive role in identifying customer needs and continuously building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide and advise customers on optimal use of syngo solutions.
• Maximize value from IT solutions for clients.
• Support Product Manager and Sales in commercial activities.
• Train customers for effective use in patient care and research.
• Assist with configuration and usage of syngo solutions.
• Independently resolve issues on-site or remotely.
• Develop training materials for syngo solutions.
• Support demonstrations and provide technical assistance.
• Identify customer needs and build strong relationships.

What do we ask from you?

• Completed HBO degree in MBRT (Medical Imaging and Radiotherapeutic Techniques) or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with
• Strong affinity with IT, AI, and technology is a must.
• Knowledge of current procedures and research techniques.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
• Creativity and strong presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Dutch AND English.
