Warehouse employee

Will you be our new colleague in our new 7,000m2 logistics warehouse located in the Bijsterhuizen industrial area in Wijchen? As a logistics employee, you will be involved in logistics tasks related to contact lenses.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Receipt and inspection of incoming goods:

• Checking received goods for accuracy, quality, and quantity.

• Recording received goods in the system and ensuring proper storage.

• Order picking and packaging.

• Gathering products based on pick lists and orders.

• Carefully packaging the goods and preparing them for shipment.

• Labeling and tagging the shipping packages.

• Preparing orders for shipment:

• Verifying shipping data and documents.

• Ensuring accurate administrative processing of shipments.

• Warehouse organization and safety:

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

What are our expectations?

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in an e-commerce warehouse.

• Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.

• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse organization.

• Good communication skills and a team spirit.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Physical ability to work standing for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
