Now we're looking for a new trainee to join our Amsterdam team for one year — someone eager to learn every side of a sustainable fashion brand and ready to leave a mark.

The program (12 months)

This traineeship takes you through every corner of the KOI universe — from numbers to narratives, from fabrics to forecasts. You'll learn by doing, side by side with the team that drives the brand forward.

Finance & Operations

– Support order processing, invoicing and payments

– Dive into ERP systems and supply-chain logistics

– Assist with budgeting, reporting and performance analysis

Wholesale & Customer Support

– Work with our sales team on B2B orders and retail relationships

– Prepare showrooms, line sheets and trade fair materials

– Communicate with agents, buyers and logistics partners

Marketing & E-Commerce

– Help create content for newsletters, website and social media

– Upload products, coordinate imagery and copy for our online store

– Support customer care and community engagement

Your profile

– Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management or Sustainability

– Curiosity, energy and a hands-on mindset

– Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

– Team spirit with clear communication

– Fluent in English (Dutch or German a plus)

– Confident with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in CRM, ERP or analytics tools
