Data Analyst at Landal
, you'll transform complex datasets into clear insights, driving smarter, data-driven decisions across the company. You'll act as the bridge between business and IT, creating dashboards, reports, and BI solutions that make an impact.
As a Data Analyst you will be part of a growing team of 11, including other Business Analysts as well as Data Engineering, BI DevOps and Data Scientist colleagues. Our Data & Enterprise Architecture team is at the heart of driving business transformation through data and technology. You will be reporting into the Director Data & Enterprise Architecture.
What you will do
As a Data Analyst at Landal, you'll turn data into actionable insights and help shape data-driven decisions across the organization.
You will:
- Translate business questions into clear user stories and actionable reports for stakeholders, including the Board and departmental management;
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced BI tools, following agile practices;
- Advise business users on interpreting insights and maximizing the value of analytical tools;
- Promote dashboards and BI solutions across teams, driving adoption and best practices.
- Standardize reporting with templates, guidelines, and efficient processes;
- Identify new opportunities for insights that create tangible business impact;
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement innovative data solutions.
This role blends hands-on analytics with strategic advisory work, giving you a real opportunity to influence Landal's data-driven decisions.
Your work location is our new office on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. Of course, working from home is possible, but it is desirable that you work from the office at least 3 days a week.
This is you
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Information Management, Engineering);
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst turning data into actionable insights;
- Strong skills in SQL, data modeling (Kimball), and BI tools like Power BI, DBT, or Databricks;
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations;
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear BI solutions and make a real impact in a data-driven organization.
Our offer

- An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;
- A salary between €4.253,- and €6.076,- gross per month on a full-time basis*;
- A bonus scheme;
- 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off;
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home;
- Working from home allowance of €2,40 per home working day;
- A travel allowance in accordance with the Landal travel allowance scheme based on €0,23 cents per km. If you decide to travel by public transport, your travel costs will be 100% reimbursed;
- Training and education options;
- Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half;
- Possibility of paid additional maternity and parental leave;
- Various group insurance policies, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family;
- A favorable staff booking scheme.
* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
For this position, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
