THE ROLE
This internship position will be joining the Wella marketing team in Northern Europe. During the internship with us at Wella Company you will be an important part of the team. You will get to see what it is like to work in a global organization with operational work in several markets. With us, you will gain insight and broad experience in marketing and communication with a focus on social media management, content creation, paid/owned media and a lot more.

To thrive with us, you should enjoy having several things going on at the same time. You should be passionate about social media, be creative and know the latest tiktok-trends out there. We also see that your internship is at least 10 weeks, and that the internship is done as part of your university education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media planning (strategies, trend sourcing, community management, execution)
  • Content creation (creating assets, both IRL and digital)
  • UGC-project coordination: Approval of creators, sending out products, coordinating
  • Assist in the deployment and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints

QUALIFACTIONS

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and proactive individual eager to grow within a dynamic global beauty brand:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail and a creative way of thinking
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in beauty and social media trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French (spoken and written)
  • Experience or interest in content creation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, or related university program (internship must be part of the study curriculum)
