Manager Accounting - Infinitas Learning - Utrecht

Salary: €5,200 – €5,700 per month

As the Manager Accounting within the Group Finance department of Infinitas Learning, you will play a key role in strengthening our financial processes, internal controls, and reporting quality. Working from our international headquarters, you are responsible for the complete financial administration of several central group entities, including our holding companies, the finance company, and Infinitas Technology BV, the IT hub of the organisation.

In this role, you combine accuracy with strong financial insight and a natural affinity for IT systems and digitalisation. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where your contribution directly impacts the financial structure, quality, and further professionalisation of the organisation. You report to the Group Reporting & Accounting Lead and collaborate closely with two Financial Controllers within a young, specialised, and ambitious finance team.

This role is ideal for someone ready for the next step into a broader, central finance position within an international group with plenty of room to grow in responsibility, system expertise, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete, timely, and accurate financial administration of the corporate entities (holding companies, finance company, and Infinitas Technology BV).
• Manage the project administration for software development and prepare reports on prepaid licences.
• Monitor and process cost allocations to the operating companies across Europe.
• Prepare and support month-end and year-end closings, including timely reporting in SAP BPC.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliations in BlackLine and ensuring internal controls are performed and documented.
• Optimise financial processes through further automation, digitalisation, and AI-driven tooling.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare periodic financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal departments, external partners, and Group Finance colleagues across Europe.
• Lead, coach, and develop a financial administration employee.

Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial administration or accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong command of Excel.
• Affinity with IT systems, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Accurate, structured, and capable of handling large volumes of financial data.
• Strong communication skills, hands-on attitude, and enthusiasm.
• Proactive mindset and a clear ambition to grow.
