Within this role you will perform operational activities which contribute to returning medical devices which require service as quickly as possible to back to customers. Repairs and service are being performed by technicians, but all logistical/operational activities related to repair and service can be performed by you. Within this operational department you can be responsible for different processes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Receiving – You receive and register all incoming packages and make sure these will be delivered to the right department
  • Cleaning – In a dust free room you make sure (with Personal Protective Equipment) that received products are cleaned for everyone to work safely with and on the products
  • Inbound – Administrative receipt and processing of the products in SAP 
  • Spare parts – Receiving, picking and counting (cycle count) of parts required to service/repair a device. It can contain other administrative tasks related to inventory management
  • Diabetes Loaner – Systematical processing and physically testing of customer returned Diabetes loaner pumps
  • HOLD – Administrative/internal distribution of products which cannot be shipped to customers yet due to several reasons
  • Outbound – Picking/packing and shipping of products to customers.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High school degree
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as logistics employee, warehouse employee, production employee, order picker or anything comparable
  • English (speaking/reading/writing)
  • Team player
  • Quality mindset
  • Computer skills.
