Your Role

We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who can help us grow our team with the right people; talented, curious, and mission-driven professionals who want to build smart technology.

You'll be the connecting link between our hiring needs and the talent market. From writing appealing job posts to identifying and approaching candidates, you'll own the recruitment process end to end. You'll work closely with our founders and team leads to shape our hiring strategy and candidate experience.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
  • Translate our company story and culture into compelling job descriptions
  • Proactively search, screen, and approach potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed at every step
  • Advise on recruitment strategy, tools and processes as we scale

Who You Are

You're a hands-on recruiter who enjoys finding and connecting great people. You move easily between strategic thinking and practical execution and love building something new in a growing tech company.

Must haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles (data engineering, data science, software development)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • A proactive mindset; you don't wait for candidates to come to you

Nice to have:

  • Experience in scale-ups or tech startups
  • Interest in AI-driven innovation
  • Network in data, AI, or software talent markets

What We Offer
