Role Overview

As a
Digital Solutions Specialist
, you will take ownership of the company's critical business applications and ensure they are stable, integrated, and aligned with evolving needs. Your work will span
technical support, system architecture, automation, business analysis, and software development advisory
.

You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors while driving digital initiatives that improve productivity, enhance system performance, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Technical Support (2nd Line):
    Resolve complex issues across ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.
  • System Architecture & Integration:
    Maintain and optimize systems to ensure seamless connectivity and reliable performance.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization:
    Identify inefficiencies and recommend automations that raise productivity and data quality.
  • Software Development Advisory:
    Support customization efforts and guide improvements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Project Participation:
    Take part in digitalization initiatives—including migrations, upgrades, new tool rollouts, and internal demos.
  • User & Access Management:
    Set up and maintain accounts, permissions, and security rights across systems.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Encourage feedback loops and ensure systems remain future-proof and fit for purpose.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in application management or technical IT support
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Technical understanding of SQL, APIs, scripting, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to communicate effectively with both IT and business teams
  • Comfortable working Agile/Scrum and in cross-functional environments
  • Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for digital innovation
