Team Coach

As a Scrum Master / Team Coach / AI Change Agent, you work with one or more multidisciplinary teams on the continuous improvement of their collaboration, agility, and value creation. You combine classical Agile coaching with modern AI applications that make work smarter and more effective.

You focus on building high-performing teams: teams that show ownership, feel safe to experiment, hold each other accountable, and jointly take responsibility for results and growth. You help teams make obstacles discussable, break patterns, and stay focused on delivering value.

What you'll be doing as a Team Coach / AI Change Agent at #Highberg

• You facilitate and guide all Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) and leverage AI tools to enrich these sessions, for example through automatic summaries, action-item tracking, or AI-based sprint analyses.

• You help teams use AI as a daily partner to optimize existing workflows. This may include applications such as:

• Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini for writing user stories, summarizing retrospectives, or generating test scenarios.

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to intelligently access internal knowledge bases or documentation during refinement or PI preparation.
• AI agents that automatically track work status, signal impediments, or visualize dependencies between teams.
• Chatbots or copilots that support team members with daily questions, process documentation, or customer feedback analysis.
• AI dashboards that provide real-time insight into flow metrics, team health, predictability, and customer value.

• Sentiment analysis to help identify trends in team feedback or customer responses.

• You encourage teams to run small, controlled AI experiments ("safe-to-fail") and guide them in learning from and evaluating the results.

• You help teams find the right balance between human creativity and AI support: AI works for you, not the other way around.
• You create an environment in which teams grow in trust, responsibility, and results orientation.
• You safeguard the principles of responsible AI, such as transparency, privacy, reliability, and the "human-in-the-loop" approach.
• You identify patterns and improvement opportunities at team level and share these with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and AI specialists to enable organizational learning.
• You coach Product Owners, Developers, and other team members in using data-driven insights for prioritization, flow optimization, and innovation.

What do we ask?

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach, preferably in environments where Agile and organizational transformation go hand in hand
• Knowledge of SAFe or other scaling frameworks is a plus
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, and AI-based copilots (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT Enterprise) is an advantage

• You understand group dynamics and can apply interventions that strengthen collaboration, ownership, and psychological safety
• You can recognize patterns in team behavior and translate them into learning and growth opportunities
• Affinity with or basic experience in AI applications, generative AI, or data-driven ways of working. You do not need to be a data scientist, but you are curious and eager to learn
• Strong coaching skills: you ask questions, help teams reflect, and stimulate ownership and continuous improvement
• The ability to connect Agile principles with the application of new technologies such as AI, without losing the human touch
