Main Purpose Of The Role
We're looking for a proactive and strategic Product Owner to bridge the gap between market needs and product development. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining product direction, managing the backlog, and ensuring seamless execution in alignment with our company vision.

You will be responsible on creating a clear vision and strategy for scaling our integration landscape. TRAVIS relies on strategic partnerships that drive growth in our ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative integrations with the largest logistical parties across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Strategy

• Gather and analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor insights to inform product decisions.
• Translate the company's vision into a clear, long-term product strategy and actionable roadmap.
• Work closely with our strategic partnerships team to align technical and commercial potential through our integrations

Product Development

• Define and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog using the Scrum methodology.
• Provide clear specifications and business context to the development team to ensure a strong balance between market demands and technical feasibility.

Project Management

• Join Scrum ceremonies, monitoring progress, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Act as the central point of contact for bugs, support questions, and feature requests.
• Serve as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Lead and oversee the execution of new initiatives and product features—from concept to release.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and communicate project phases and progress.
• Continuously align product outcomes with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Product Owner; relevant experience in other roles within Agile Scrum environments is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO or higher) in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and drive ideas to successful outcomes.
• You have a proven track record integrating and implementing API's
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Genuine passion for product development and a drive to contribute to the growth of an international organization.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
