Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Sogelink Netherlands, you will work on
GeodanMaps
, our cloud platform for location intelligence. GeodanMaps enables companies and governments to optimize routes, plan territories, analyze spatial data, and manage crises.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components using Angular 20 and Spring Boot, contributing to scalable, modular systems.
• Take ownership of features, participate in architectural decisions, and help shape the platform's roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and architects in an agile environment, following SAFe Agile with four Program Increments per year.
• Ensure high code quality by applying modern engineering practices such as automated testing, code reviews, and clean architecture.
• Work with geospatial technologies including PostGIS, OpenLayers, and GeoServer, building solutions for routing, territory planning, spatial analytics, and real-time data visualization.
• Contribute to platform-wide initiatives including API improvements, performance optimization, and scalability enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, and support the onboarding of new team members.

We work with modern engineering practices: CI/CD, feature flags, code reviews, automated testing, and cloud-first architecture.

Who you are

• You have strong skills in Angular 20, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS and you bring solid backend knowledge in Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• You are familiar with Git, Maven, GitLab CI, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.
• Experience with PostGIS, OpenLayers, or Geoserver is a plus.
• You hold an HBO degree.
• You may already have experience building scalable, modular systems, but we also welcome high-potential junior developers eager to grow into this level.
• You like solving real-world problems, you enjoy collaborating with others, and you're eager to grow your skills while contributing to a platform used at national scale.
• You feel comfortable working in English.
