Join Planon as a Software Development graduation internship in Nijmegen, starting February 2026. At Planon, you will work on a variety of creative projects for our Innovation Lab, based at our head office in Nijmegen. You will have plenty of opportunity to learn and use your creativity in this varied role. In this dynamic and innovative working environment, you will gain valuable experience alongside colleagues with different areas of expertise. This internship is intended as a graduation internship for MBO, HBO, or WO students who want to complete their education with a practical project within an innovative software environment.

During this internship, you will be part of the Innovation Lab, a place where innovation takes center stage. The Innovation Lab functions as a 'living lab' where we explore and demonstrate the possibilities of innovative building technology, while experimenting with new and existing technologies on a daily basis. You will contribute to the development and creation of content for showcases and demos. In addition, we are particularly interested in your fresh ideas for developing and deploying new demos in an innovative and creative way. As an intern, you will be working on:

• Learning, developing, and getting to know the business world.
• Sharing creative ideas: Bring your fresh insights and help the team and the organization move forward with innovative concepts and solutions.
• Your own project that leads to or results in an innovative Prototype or Concept, where you can work with techniques such as AI, AR, IoT, or Digital Twins.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with colleagues from different areas of expertise to achieve common goals and implement new ideas.
• Explore new and existing technologies: Investigate how these technologies could potentially contribute to Planon's innovations.

• MBO, HBO, or WO education in a field such as Software Development, Front-end Development, or Artificial Intelligence. Depending on your profile, we will select a suitable innovative assignment.
• Proficiency in Java or Javascript.
• Self-reliant.
• Proficiency in English or Dutch.
• Communication skills.
• A willingness to think outside the box.

This internship takes place at our head office in Nijmegen and is easily accessible by public transport. Our colleagues work hybrid but also enjoy coming to the office, which is seen as a 'green' clubhouse where different cultures come together. During this internship, you will be part of the Innovation Lab, which is part of the Development department. You will also work closely with our colleagues from the Innovation Lab on a daily basis. You will find yourself in a pleasant, informal atmosphere, where we are all enthusiastic about innovation. You will work from our head office in Nijmegen on a daily basis. Your internship supervisors will be the Manager of the Innovation Lab and the Developer of the Innovation Lab. Together, they will provide you with excellent guidance, both professionally and personally.
