What you will do

As an Associate, you will be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing, and technology. Candidates will build their project management and client management skills, and further develop their communication and presentation abilities.

Support strategic sourcing and category management projects and activitiesGather and analyse data to make recommendations and actions to help our clientsAnalyse client spend data to discover savings opportunities and ways of adding valueIdentify the client's purchasing needs, eSourcing processes, and technology requirements including the implementation of SMART by GEPUnderstand client needs to provide flawless serviceWork closely with senior management and clients to develop tools and to create customized proposals and lead client and analyst teams as neededAssisting with business development activitiesWorking with corporate communications to increase awareness of our servicesSupport firm building activities including recruiting, training etcDevelop opportunities to create intellectual capital Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

What you should bring

Must be business fluent in English.Additional fluency in GermanBachelor's or Master's degree from a top universityStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGreat presentation skillsAbility to travel 80% of the time
